Sri Aurobindo Mira College of Education organized an Orientation programme on 27th September 2021 for the I year student teachers. The programme commenced with our divine Annai Song followed by the welcome speech by the student teacher MS.Harwintha and Mr.Anas, President of RRC recited the pledge. 1st year B.ED students were introduced to the Red Ribbon club with a promo video compiling the annual report of the previous year which inspired all of us to get involved in the upcoming social activities that enables growth and development. Investiture ceremony was held for newly elected President Mr.Guru , Vice President Ms.B.Priyadharshni , Secretary Mrs.Anupriya and the volunteers Jenifer and Divya were honoured with a flower bouquet. Later feedback session gave us the idea about the functioning of the RRC club followed by the felicitation address by our beloved Ms.Ajumunisha ma’am, Her words gave us more motivation and enthusiasm, words of Dr.Mr.Sivabalan sir was totally optimistic. Finally, Ms.Sivasathya concluded the programme with the vote of thanks. The orientation as a whole was very valuable and encouraging and save an insight into expectations of RRC club. The red ribbon batch which was circulated among the student teachers gave us the pride of holding a responsibility to oneself.  It’s a pride of an individual citizen to embrace the National Anthem, which was song at the end of the program.
